I got a chuckle today when I realized that, after all this time of correcting people, "No, ma'am/sir, you're actually thinking about Thailand. I've been living in Taiwan."

*apologies abound*

"No, really, don't worry, it happens all the time."

I just realized I'm actually in the place that most people think I'm in when I tell them I live in Taiwan.
